PRIVACY & RETURN POLICY

PROJECT CONFIDENTIALITY

All projects developed by Murano Shutters for its clients are considered strictly confidential.
They will not be shared, either privately or publicly, unless the client provides formal written consent. We are fully committed to protecting every aspect of your project, including visuals, technical drawings, and correspondence.

RETURN POLICY

     1.  Custom-made items
All items created specifically for the client — including chandeliers, rugs, or other custom designs — are non-returnable and non-refundable, as they are uniquely made-to-order pieces.
     2.  Sourced vintage items
Any vintage item sourced exclusively for the client is considered a one-of-a-kind selection and cannot be returned, except in cases of significant discrepancies from the original description.
     3.  In-stock items
In-stock items may be returned within 30 days of the shipping date, only if:

• they are in perfect condition

• they include the original packaging

• they have not been used or altered
   

⚠️ Important: For all items with electrical components (e.g., lamps, chandeliers), no external technician must intervene on the wiring or installation before a return.
In case of tampering, returns will not be accepted and no support will be provided for potential malfunctions.
