Made with the finest New Zealand wool and viscose, the texture is soft yet resilient, designed to elevate any interior with quiet luxury.

Shipping & Return Policy
Shipping
Each item is carefully packaged and shipped with the utmost attention to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
We work with selected couriers who specialize in handling delicate and design pieces. However, on rare occasions, shipping may cause slight damage or imperfections.
Upon Delivery
We kindly ask you to inspect your package carefully upon delivery. If you notice any external damage, please accept the parcel with reservation and contact us immediately, providing photographs of the product and its packaging.
Returns and Replacements
Our creations are entirely handmade, and each piece is one-of-a-kind.
For this reason, we do not accept returns for aesthetic reasons or change of mind — every purchase is final.
We do, however, accept returns or offer repair services in cases of functional defects or shipping-related damage. In such cases, our team will take care of everything: we will assess the issue and proceed with a repair or replacement, depending on the item’s nature and availability.

DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
International orders are shipped via standard international mailing, which will take approximately 7-21 business days to be delivered (this does not include the processing period). International customers will be provided with a customs number that can be used to track orders up until the package leaves IT customs.
International orders 5 pounds and over will be shipped via International Priority mailing, which takes approximately 10 business days to be delivered, and a tracking number will be provided.
ALL APPLICABLE CUSTOMS FEES, TAXES AND DUTES ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER. CUSTOMS AUTHORITIES REQUIRE THAT WE STATE THE VALUE OF THE ORDER DIRECTLY ON YOUR PACKAGE. IT IS AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF CUSTOMS AGENTS TO RELEASE YOUR PACKAGE.
